My name is McKaylah Lopez and I am The Well Woman!
We are a Texas based wedding planning and event coordinating team, with 5+ years of experience, all around Texas! We hope that in this process of stressful wedding planning, you can find peace in having us by your side. With options ranging from wedding day management to full service planning, you are sure to find something to suit your needs and budget!

In this life, we deserve all the good love that God has for us, and our goal is to see you through from bended knee to “I Do.”! I started this company back in 2022 as a way to heal from love and loss - and man am I glad I did! We have had the chance to meet so many incredible couples, vendors, and families who see the value in what we do. I am SO blessed to get to do what I do, and I can only hope to do the same for you!
Wedding Management
The Magdalena Package
The Magdalena is our six week wedding management package that includes the following:
- Eight Hours of Service on Wedding Day
- Personalized Day of Timeline
- Rehearsal Management
- Vendor Confirmation
- Two Meetings: one at the start of the six week package and the second at 10 days prior to wedding day.
Pricing begins at $2,500 and travel fees vary by location.
Partial Planning
The Martha Package
The Martha Package is our partial planning package that is six months of planning coverage and includes the following:
- Ten Hours of Service on Wedding Day
- Assistance in Finding/Booking Vendors
- Personalized Day of Timeline
- Rehearsal Management
- Vendor Confirmation/Communication
- Two Venue Visits: one for initial visit and concept design, the second for the official layout.
- Layout creation
- Six Meetings for planning and detail finalization
Pricing begins at $3,250 and travel fees vary by location.
Full Planning
The Esther Package
- Oversee Start to Finish on Wedding Day
- Assistance in Finding/Booking all Vendors
- Personalized Day of Timeline
- Rehearsal Management
- Vendor Confirmation/Communication throughout entirety of the process
- Two venue visits to seek and secure, and two venue visits post securing to finalize layout and design
- Assistance with Bridal Block accommodations
- Oversee invitation process and send off
- Layout Creation
- 10 Meetings for planning and detail finalization
Price begins at $4,500 and travel fee will vary by location.

Our Day Would Not Have Been The Same: McKaylah Lopez poured out her absolute heart throughout our entire process.
